Nathan Outlaw to create menu for AA Awards 2015

Beacon industry partner The AA, has announced that Cornwall based chef Nathan Outlaw is to create the menu for the 2015 AA Hospitality Awards.

The awards, to be held on 5th October 2015, at the Grosvenor House Hotel, is a key event in the Hospitality industry calendar when the great and the good come together to recognise the amazing achievements of some of the country’s best hotels, restaurants and pubs.

The four-AA-rosetted chef currently has restaurants in the St Endoch Hotel in Cornwall, the Capital Hotel in London as well as a number of others.

As the AA’s current Chef’s Chef, an award voted for by his fellow AA-rosetted chefs, Outlaw is now set with the challenge of creating a menu for his contemporaries to enjoy on the night.

He said: “It’s an honour to be asked to create the menu for such a prestigious event as the AA Hospitality Awards and I am looking forward to working with the team from the AA and at the Grosvenor House Hotel.”
