Beacon Achieve Servicemark Silver Level Award

Following from the Bronze accreditation last year
the Silver award is recognition for Beacon’s continued focus on delivering customer service excellence to our Members. To achieve the Silver Standard, Beacon’s teamwork, processes, practices and communication were all rigorously assessed. The Servicemark levels of achievement have been developed to provide a nationally recognised benchmark which measures best practice in
customer service delivery.
