- Membership of beacon can be terminated by the member giving not less than six months notice in writing, otherwise membership is self renewing.
- Suppliers sell goods and services to members on the strict understanding that all products are offered for resale not wholesale and breach of this condition will result in the immediate termination of membership.
- In the event of the sale of the establishment, membership is not transferable.
- Annual membership fees will be collected by Central Billing.
- Credit checks will be undertaken by beacon and its nominated suppliers based on the information provided here and bank details. Nominated suppliers are detailed on the Central Billing Supplier Information Form that accompanies this application. These suppliers may be amended in accordance with the members buying requirements. Membership may be refused if the search results in any adverse credit rating.
- Details of members will only be provided to suppliers nominated by beacon.
- In signing this application the member is agreeing each supplier's Terms and Conditions of Sale a copy of which will be provided when the account is opened.
- The person signing must be an “authorised signatory” in the case of a Ltd Company, or the sole trader or partner. This same “authorised signatory” must sign the Central Billing Supplier Information Form.
